Join 26-year business strategist Roxanne Reed as we work together to develop your food business. There will be weekly opportunities to engage with Relevant Food Resource Agencies and local guest chefs. The food industry is a team effort and we’ve got you!
At the completion of this programming, you will have created a Business Plan, Financial Projections and a network of lenders and business professionals cheering you on to the next stage of growth for your food business.

- Oct 25 virtual: Marketing & Branding the Right Way – Owning your Culinary Niche and finding
the right customers, and networking with local farmers.
- Nov 1 onsite at WNC Foodworks: Packaging and Presentation of Your BEST products
- Nov 8 onsite at WNC Foodworks: Recipe Exploration and Roundtable with local Guest Chefs & Relevant Food Resource Agencies

No. Students must attend 60% of the live sessions.
Students who miss a class will receive a recording of the session.
Yes. We have a private Facebook group where instructors and students can discuss coursework, business development, and provide feedback.
